Delete Your Langco Account
You can permanently delete your Langco account and all associated data directly from the app — no email required.
How to delete your account in the app:
1Open Langco and sign in.
2Tap the Settings icon (bottom of the home screen).
3Scroll to the Account section.
4Tap Delete account and confirm.
⚠️ Deleting your account permanently removes your Firebase account, your cloud progress backup, and all study data on your current device. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase authentication account (email / Google Sign-In)
- Your Firestore cloud backup (all study progress and custom sentences)
- All study data stored locally on your device
What is not deleted
- A Langco Pro purchase — this stays linked to your Google Play account and can be restored after creating a new account.
- Anonymous crash-report data already submitted to Firebase Crashlytics (no personal identifiers included).
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to open the app, email us at vincentlivin9@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days.
